Other Details to Note
** Additional daily charge of $125 for pool heat. Pool will be heated to 82-85 degrees for your comfort. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated so we can have everything perfect for you! We will charge the day of check in but will not charge for the day of check out. Also depending on outdoor temperature, the hot tub may take 30-60 minutes to reach 103 degrees. The hot tub is set on an egg timer switch so you can turn it on as needed. **No Parties!!-all visitors must be listed on reservation, No unregistered guests on the property without prior permission. **We ENFORCE good neighborhood policies on our properties Renting in this community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. **Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9:00pm. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine in addition to city imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence. **Smoking is NOT allowed on the property.
