Pool & Spa Heating Heating the pool and spa is available for an additional daily fee. Please message us for the current rate, as propane costs may vary. Note: the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. We’re happy to schedule the spa heating in advance at your preferred times, or you can simply message us during your stay and we’ll turn it on for you. Occupancy Rules Our home is very spacious and comfortably sleeps large groups; however, in compliance with City of Scottsdale regulations, listings must state that no more than 6 adults and their dependent children may stay overnight. This is a city requirement, not a limitation of the home itself.

The home is for registered guests only. Please respect the quiet residential neighborhood. • Quiet hours – 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (per City of Scottsdale guidelines). • Occupancy – Scottsdale regulations require us to state that no more than 6 adults and their dependent children may stay overnight. (The home is spacious and comfortably accommodates large families and groups, but we must include this per city rules.) • Pool & Spa – Children must be supervised at all times. Heating is available for an additional daily fee (pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously). • Pickleball/Sport Court – Please be mindful of neighbors when using the court in early morning or late evening hours. If you loose a ball over the fence please leave it or contact host for more balls. • Pets – $75 for one pet $99 for 2 pets.
